Our objective is to take advantage of social media channels LinkedIn and Twitter to create platforms from which you can interactively share your message and reinforce your position as a thought leader in your respective industry. 

Our social media packages are designed to:
  • Create a persona for your handles that remains true to yourself and your overall brand's consumer social strategy and messaging.

  • Build engagement with customers and franchisees.

  • Elevate your social presence and recognition among customers, the existing franchise network, prospects, media and influencers.

  • Strategically weave your brand messaging, marketing initiatives, and points of differentiation to tell the brand story. 

Scope of Work

The scope of work is divided into two phases, a launch phase and an execution phase, detailed below.

  • Digital BizCom will develop your personal persona, online voice, strategy and key message points. This voice and messaging will help guide the tone for all social and digital initiatives. Additionally, we will work with the in-house team to align this persona with existing plans and best practices. 

  • We will update your LinkedIn and Twitter profiles as needed and edit existing descriptions.

  • We will audit existing handles vs. competitor handles for benchmarks on target engagement, posting content that performs well, messaging and more.

  • We will build custom Twitter lists for HQ media, trade media and tier one consumer target media. 

  • We will develop guidelines for the type of posts and the content Digital BizCom will curate.

Launch Phase

Based on the package selected, BizCom will update and administer two (LinkedIn and Twitter) channels on an ongoing basis to emphasize your leadership expertise in franchising, entrepreneurship, business and other fields, TBD. This will create more activity and increase visibility not only to your existing connections, but also to potential new connections. ​

​Digital BizCom offers two options for business executives with pricing based on managing two social media channels (typically LinkedIn and Twitter for B2B clients). Additional channels can be added for additional fees.

Ongoing activities, will include:

  • Drafting and publishing 1 LinkedIn article per month

  • Researching and producing 4-6 original posts per week per channel 

  • Minimum 6 hours per week:

    • monitoring social channels and engaging with franchise owners, customers and other connections, 

    • interacting with brand news, media hits, trending social topics, spotlights on great franchisees and/or customers timely topics 

    • researching and updating additional interest groups to join

    • researching, updating and following industry trades, local HQ and national media, 

    • curating content to capitalize on your travel schedule and potential appearances and media interviews.

$2,750 per month

Ongoing activities, will include:

  • Drafting and publishing 1 LinkedIn article per month

  • Researching and producing 2-3 original posts per week per channel 

  • Minimum 3 hours per week:

    • monitoring social channels and engaging with franchise owners, customers and other connections,

    • interacting with brand news, media hits, spotlights on great franchisees and/or customers timely topics, 

    • researching, updating and following media, including: industry trades, local HQ and national, 

    • curating content to capitalize on your travel schedule and potential appearances and media interviews.
